Last week I went to the dermatologist for a skin check and they found two spots that were concerning to them, so this morning I went back in to have them removed. Yuk! Talk about a rotten morning. Needles, knives, cutting my skin, gross! But that is not what I want to talk about.
When most people have this procedure done they most likely have it done on a remote part of their body such as their back or shoulder that the can cover up and nobody is any wiser. Oh but mine, yes oh yes, was on my neck. So I had to walk out of the office with this huge bandage on my neck. On top of that, everybody that I saw today pretended not to notice all the while staring. I know they wanted to ask what was going on, but they just stared instead. It was one of those moments I wish I was brave enough to say something really snarky. But alas, I can never some up with anything on the spot.
The hubby says it looks like I got a tattoo and it is healing. Maybe I should just start telling people that.
And, my neck really hurts. The other one I got off on my stomach doesn’t hurt at all. I think it’s because of the way I move my neck around. Anyways…that is enough of that.
